Boosted Event Attendance by 2x and Exceeded Goal — Undiscovered SF by Kultivate Labs
About:
UNDISCOVERED SF is a non-profit venture designed to jump-start economic activity and public awareness of the Filipino cultural district, SOMA Pilipinas. We helped train their staff to utilize, set up, and run campaigns via paid social to boost their event attendance and awareness.
Goal:
Primary: Drive awareness and attendance for the Undiscovered SF event, targeting the Filipino demographic and the broader local community.
Secondary: Set up the organization's ad account for long-term success and train their staff to manage future campaigns independently.
Challenges:
UNDSCVR SF, a branch of Kultivate Labs, had an unstructured ad approach, relying on boosted posts that were not optimized for performance or conversions.
Result:
After restructuring the account and overhauling the campaign, we successfully ran conversion-focused ads at a cost of less than $3 CPA (Cost Per Acquisition, i.e., event ticket purchase). The event exceeded its attendance goal, attracting over 600 attendees. Additionally, we trained the organization’s team to manage future campaigns effectively.
